It is no secret that scenes and horror stories stemming from the war on drugs and related gang-violence in Mexico have made their way around the world via international press coverage. While I would NEVER promote hiding the truth and I fully recognize and suffer the problem, it is ALSO important to remember that there is still a lot more to MEXICO than that. It is important to keep remembering the reasons to love MEXICO, the reasons to keep of fighting and working to preserve its innate beauty.

I recently stumbled upon an initiative called “HABLA BIEN DE MEXICO” (Speak well about Mexico) that I think is onto something. Watching their video brought a smile to my face so I would like to share it with all of you and make their work known.
